All orders will be processed as soon as possible and shipped out within 3-5 business days. In the event that there is a delay, you will be contacted.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped out via United States Postal Service. Currently, shipping rates are based on weight and not on the amount you spend. If your package weighs below 13 oz, then it will be shipped via USPS First Class. All other packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Rates are subject to change according to the current USPS rate.
Shipping supplies consist of reused packaging received from suppliers. Otherwise shipping supplies are either provided by the USPS (flat rate envelopes and boxes) or are manufactured of recycled material.
Payment Options
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express all through a Paypal checkout system. Paypal accounts are not required for checkout. Personal checks, and money orders are accepted, but will delay processing time. Please mail to: Unearth Malee LLC, P.O. Box 1685, Claremont, CA 91711.
Returns
Prior to shipping all packages are inspected to ensure that items are sent with care. If any item is damaged during shipment, please contact within 10 days and a replacement may be sent. Due to the nature of the product no returns are accepted. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance; please contact with any issues concerning your order.
